Professional Experience
Before starting her training and development company, Melissa was a senior human resources leader with over 25 years of experience in multiple industries (publishing, manufacturing and insurance/ technology). While gaining experience in all aspects of human resources, Melissa’s passion is working in the training and development field. Melissa is skilled facilitator and program developer who partners with her clients in creating exciting, engaging experiences that will meet each client’s unique needs. Melissa enjoys working with teams, leaders and individuals at all levels of the organization.

 

As a certified coach, Melissa incorporates 1:1 coaching or team coaching as part of her solutions whenever possible. Melissa’s passion is to help individuals and organizations achieve sustainable, desired growth. Melissa provides customized solutions to help teams become more effective, leaders to create more impact and individuals to enhance their potential and outcomes. Melissa believes in creating practical solutions that combine learning, commitment and accountability with individual and team coaching.

Melissa uses a mix of warmth, humor and results-oriented focus to her work and her life. She is a native of New Hampshire who has lived in the Nashville area for over 13 years. She enjoys traveling, reading, and learning. She is passionate about helping others succeed and improving the world through helping the homeless, animals and children’s education.
