Many of us are looking for a way to articulate what “good looks” like and a guide to assist us in giving helpful feedback to those who want to develop and grow.

Quick Guides are designed to be a concise, simple overview on a variety of leadership topics. The format is 1 or 2 pages in length and gives a high-level overview of a topic, some tips for how to implement and additional resources for further study. A quick guide can be used as part of a 1x1 session, a supplement to training or as a quick reference for leaders and colleagues. They are intended to be shared and used as part of an overall commitment to developing our

current and future leaders so they can more effective and successful. A new Quick Guide is added to the website on a quarterly basis. Feel free to download the PDFs and share with the leaders and colleagues in your organization or with others whose development you are supporting.
